They closed off the level up forms?!?!?!  Hey hey!!! If you’re an international BBC and you leveled up on the fan cafe can you do me a favor and go log in and see if there is a blue jewel next to your username? ;AAA; I get this awful feeling that they demoted all international fans… except… they told us.. that we could… ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I can’t access anything anymore… I can’t even write replies to KBBC I was talking to.
