We are a company chartered under the US government and a team of fans just like you. We were heartbroken when we realized that Super Show 4 would not turn out to be the world tour we thought it would be. We couldn’t help but think, “Why?” That was why we came together and did something. For you, for Super Junior, for every single ELF in this world.
Fans often sit and wonder why they can’t have the certain benefits Japanese, Chinese and Korean ELF have. But no more. If you fans work with us to MAKE THIS WORLD TOUR HAPPEN, we will change history. There has never been a case in history where international fans came together and established their own set of concerts.
Our company will provide the best service for Super Junior: hotels, limos, food, attractions. And who will give these luxuries to Super Junior? Fans. Through donations given by fans all around the world, Super Junior will be given the five star treatment they deserve. Fans are often dismayed when watching the boys work so hard and long without getting much rest or comfort. But we can give them that. Before and after every concert, SSP can provide comfortable beds, delicious food and luxurious transportation to the boys by using the kindly donated money from fans all over the world.
But the exciting news doesn’t end here:
SM Entertainment has recently informed us that they are currently looking for a time slot for our very first concert. Straight from the SM Headquarters in Seoul.
However, we have been notified that Super Junior’s schedule is really full, and they’ll need to find a time for us. Therefore the executive board has devised a plan to help the process along. Our plan is to advertise heavily on all major ELF websites including the official fancafe and DC inside. If we can spread the word to enough people, and the members are aware of the project through the fancafe, we may get their support which would put pressure on SM to find us a spot.
For there to be a world tour, and fast, we need to work together, ELF. Together. Finally we are all given the opportunity to do something. Finally we are able to get something right. Stop and think to yourself right this minute: Do I want Super Junior in my country? Do I want to be part of something no one else has ever before? Do I want to be the catalyst that will further propel the Hallyu Wave?
With your help and your voice, we will be able to have a legitimate world tour. Super Junior will be able to go to your country. But this can only happen if you participate.
Don’t think that there is no hope for you because your country is small or because the city you live in is far away from everything. The Sapphire Sky Project team understands these situation and we are going to do everything in our power to help you. You just have to support us.
What can you do?
The Sapphire Sky Project LLC is conducting a special poll that will determine the exact amounts of Super Junior fans all around the world. This information will not only be shared with SM Entertainment, but with various companies who are willing to sponsor our world tour. It is imperative that you participate in this survey in order to represent yourself and your country.
The Sapphire Sky Project along with SM Entertainment will be using this data collected along with other information we gather through the attendance at our opening concert to decide the fate of the rest of the world tour. The top 13 countries determined by this poll will be chosen for the first Sapphire Sky World Tour.
Please spread the link to this poll everywhere that there are International ELF. The more people that submit data to the poll, the more accurate the information that we deliver to SM Entertainment and the sponsoring companies will be.
You may only vote once for your country. If your country is not listed, please choose “Other” and then list what it is in the comments section.
We also know how much everyone wants their country to be represented, and it can sometimes be difficult to spread the world through the internet, so we came up with a solution for you that we think will help everyone:
Hold an SSP fanmeet, in your country, of ELF and announce to them about this project and the poll. If you are capable of setting up computers with internet or even possibly going to a library or PC Bang together to vote, you may do so as well. Because the voting is blocked in a way that you may only vote once from the same IP, you must let us know when you will be holding your fanmeet so we can turn off restrictions for you. If you do decide to do the fanmeet please take pictures and videos of the fanmeet and hold up Super Junior/ELF/SSP signs. When you email us at sapphireskyproject@gmail.com, we can give you our logo and what information to tell your fellow ELF.
We are also searching for minor staff (see application post or go to our website) who can translate into different languages such as Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish, Russian, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.
To show your support for the Sapphire Sky Project, you can place our button on your blog using the html found here. You can also place it in your signature if you are part of a Super Junior forum or website.
Another way to get the word out is to tweet about the Sapphire Sky Project to the boys. Just go to your twitter and tweet this message: 우리를 지지해주세요! http://www.sapphireskyproject-kr.co/ to Leeteuk, Donghae, Siwon, Kyuhyun, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Yesung and Ryeowook.
For Henry’s twitter just put: Henry! Please support us! http://sapphireskyproject.com
The Sapphire Sky Project truly is the one way for international fans to get involved on a higher level. We sit around and wonder what we can do to help, and SSP is the true gateway. Bringing Super Junior to an international scale starts here.
We have to make our presence known to get there. If we, fans, can come together and pull off this world tour, then Korea will be blown away. To Korea, the Hallyu Wave is one of the most spectacular things due to the sudden increase of interest in Korean music from outside countries. We can make an impact by centering this on our true devotion to Super Junior and Korean music.
We can finally be as involved as we have always wished to be. No more sitting at home behind our computers and only hoping and dreaming of the day we can move to Korea and see the boys who have changed our lives. Everything we need to be a great fan will be right in front of us.
You just have to do something about it.
Some of you have been wondering what exactly your donated money will go to in terms of Super Junior’s accommodations for the opening show in Las Vegas and so the Sapphire Sky Project team has put together a list with prices and pictures of the items we will be purchasing for the boys, along with links to websites so you can check it out yourself.

ELF Korea? ELF Japan? Cool.
How does ELF Canada or ELF Saudi Arabia or ELF USA or ELF Mexico sound? Pretty good right?
We have to make our presence known to get there. If we can pull this fan project off, Korea will be blown away, and we can finally be as involved as we have always wished to be. You just have to do something about it.

Hello everyone! We have an update for you.
SM Entertainment has informed us that they are currently looking for a time slot for our project. Super Junior’s schedule is really full, but the executive board has devised a plan to help the process along. However, for this plan to work, we need the full support of ELF all around the world.
Our plan is to advertise heavily on all major ELF websites including the official fancafe and DC inside. If we can spread the word to enough people, and the members are aware of the project through the fancafe, we may get their support which would put pressure on SM to find us a spot.
A few of the executive board will also be traveling to Korea at the end of August and throughout the next couple of months to speak with the Korean headquarters. While we are there, we also plan to send gifts and official invitations to the members’ families at Handel & Gretel and Kona Bean.
Also keep in mind, the sooner we get a time slot the better, because we may be able to postpone Leeteuk’s military service for this last show.
What can you do?
Please reblog our informational posts and if you are part of an ELF community outside of tumblr, please spread the word there. We are also searching for minor staff (see application post or go to our website) who can translate into different languages such as Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish, Russian, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.
One again, thank you everyone for the support! We will update you soon with any changes or news.
It’s been like this for years. Super Junior is the king of album sales not digital sales. As awesome as it is to win music shows, honestly, in my opinion, three years of GDA is way better. If we get a fourth year after that, Super Junior will be the first artist in Korea’s history to have won GDA four times. On top of that SME doesn’t care about winning silly music shows. Album sales are far more important because the number of albums they sell judges how much SM actually pays them. Once they reach 500,000 albums sold, the boys get a raise in percentage of pay. In addition, they have to split that pay amongst not only members, but managers and staff. Albums are practically the only thing they get paid for. Music shows, concerts, etc. get them nothing. The average pay for one variety show that takes over 12 hours to film is under $200. That still is split amongst the members. Instead of worrying about music shows, please focus on buying albums.
in what dimension?
